Wayne entered the insurance industry in 1976 as a claims adjustor with Floyd West & Co. In 1978, he accepted an opportunity to attend a comprehensive coverage school in Dallas and later transferred to Austin where he worked as a marketing representative. Accepting a promotion to become one of Floyd West and Co.’s service office managers, he moved to San Angelo. 1 year later, he moved to Waco after accepting a similar position with a larger office. Wayne has earned CIC and CPCU designations and his focus is on commercial business.
When not in the office, Wayne can be found collecting nostalgic treasures across the state of Texas. He has a gift for antiquing and a true calling to preserve the good 'ol days.
